1. Product Description & Variations
All our rugs are handmade, and therefore, slight variations in size, colour, and pattern are a natural part of the craftsmanship.
Size Variation: Actual size may vary by 2–5% from the stated dimensions due to the handmade nature of our products.
Colour Variation: Colours may appear slightly different (2–5% variation) due to:
Screen-to-screen display differences.
Natural lighting and weather conditions at the time of photography.
Ageing of natural fibres and dyes over time.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in INR (₹) unless stated otherwise.
GST and other applicable taxes will be charged as per government regulations.
We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice.
3. Order Confirmation
Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.
Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible if the product is already in production or dispatched.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability, location, and courier services.
We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, strikes, courier issues, etc.).
5. Returns & Exchanges
As our products are handmade, minor irregularities are not considered defects.
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted for products with major manufacturing defects, and must be requested within 2 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and content on our website and social media are the property of Ruglok and cannot be reproduced without prior permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Ruglok is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Prayagraj (Allahabad), Uttar Pradesh.
