Shipping Policy:

• All rugs are made to order—production begins once your order is confirmed.
• Hand-tufted rugs take approx. 3–4 weeks; hand-knotted rugs may take 6–10 weeks,
  depending on size and complexity to get delivered.
• Delivery typically takes 7–10 business days. Shipping timelines vary by location and are shared during checkout.
• You'll receive tracking information once your rug ships.

Return Policy (Made-to-Order):
As each Ruglok rug is custom-made for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged in transit.

If you receive a damaged product:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details.
• If eligible, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
